Distribution cabinet (box) is divided into power distribution cabinet (box) and lighting distribution cabinet (box), metering cabinet (box), which is the final equipment of distribution system. The low voltage switchgear includes GGD, GCK, GCS, MNS, xll2 low voltage distribution box and XGM low voltage lighting box.
Main differences:
GGD is fixed, GCK, GCS and MNS are drawers. GCK and GCS, MNS cabinet drawer propulsion mechanism is different;
The main difference between GCS and MNS cabinet is that GCs cabinet can only be single-sided operation cabinet, with the cabinet depth of 800mm, and MNS cabinet can be double-sided operation cabinet, with the cabinet depth of 1000mm.
Advantages and disadvantages:
The withdrawable cabinet (GCK, GCS, MNS) is more economical and convenient to maintain, and has many outgoing lines, but it is expensive;
Fixed cabinet (GGD) is relatively small in outgoing circuit, and occupies a large area (if the place is small, it is recommended to make drawer cabinet).
Installation
The installation requirements of distribution board (box) are: the distribution board (box) shall be made of non combustible materials; The production places and offices with small electric shock risk can be equipped with open distribution boards; Closed box and cabinet shall be installed in processing workshop, casting, forging, heat treatment, boiler room, carpentry room and other places with high electric shock risk or poor working environment; In the dangerous workplace with conductive dust or flammable and explosive gas, the closed or explosion-proof electrical facilities must be installed; All electrical components, instruments, switches and lines of distribution board (box) shall be arranged in order, firmly installed and easy to operate. The bottom surface of floor mounted plate (box) shall be 5-10 mm higher than the ground; The center height of the operating handle is generally 1.2-1.5m; There is no obstacle in the range of 0.8-1.2m in front of the board (box); The connection of protective wire is reliable; No exposed naked charged body outside the board (box); The electrical components must be installed on the outer surface of the board (box) or on the distribution board, and reliable screen protection must be provided.
